man with the golden gun Posté(e) 11 décembre 2016 Partager Posté(e) 11 décembre 2016 Excellente nouvelle de voir enfin ce projet débloqué. C'est bien cette grappe de tours concentrée autour du centre Bell, mais il faut aussi développer la partie nord et est du centre-ville, comme le font si bien des villes comme Chicago et Toronto. This 19-storey high-end rental tower will be built at 2061 Stanley Street, near the corner of Sherbrooke. Chic, elegant and modern, StanBrooke will have 176 apartments in all, including bachelor, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. It will also feature a fitness studio, rooftop patio, lounge, storage lockers, and indoor parking for automobiles and bikes. Every unit will come with five major appliances and rent will include telecom services, Wi-Fi and electricity. Its unique architectural concept was designed by Montreal-based firm Marco Manini Architecte and developed by US-headquartered international design consultants Humphreys & Partners Architects. Work is scheduled for completion in July 2018. "We're proud to add purposely-built rentals to our Montreal portfolio and to continue working with Gansu Tianqing Real Estate Group," said Kheng Ly, President of Brivia Group. "The new tower is perfectly located for renters looking for a bustling and diverse neighbourhood in the heart of the City. StanBrooke will also bring fresh energy to its surroundings by revitalizing a lot and buildings that had not been actively utilized for years." Several market studies have confirmed demand for this type of residential project in downtown Montreal. StanBrooke is located in a vibrant neighbourhood that includes all essential services, such as cafés, fast food and fine dining restaurants, movie theatres, gyms and a pharmacy. The new development is targeting a wide range of customers, including young professionals who work downtown and students attending nearby universities. acpnc Posté(e) 16 janvier 2017 Partager Posté(e) 16 janvier 2017 J'aime ce "petit" projet qui s'insère parfaitement dans la trame urbaine du secteur. Comme c'est un édifice de locations, je doute qu'il y ait un marché pour du 50 étages à Montréal. Donc le projet convient tout à fait au marché auquel il s'adresse.
