Je suis curieux de savoir si les gens réagissaient de la même façons l'hors de la construction de la Metropolitaine, Decarie, le Metro, Terre des Hommes etc. C'est exactement ça. Je suis toujours fasciné de constater que certaines personnes critiquent constamment ce genre de projets: Quand on dépasse les échéanciers, ça crie au scandale et à la corruption; Quand on arrive dans les temps, ça chiale que ça a été botché et qu'on aurait dû le faire comme du monde dès le début; Quand un projet comme le REM avance à vitesse grand V, ça chiale que le projet est mené par des bulldozers insensibles aux enjeux des municipalités. Bref, ça chiale tout le temps! Les critiques étaient somme toute logique mais pour le tramway.....alors là gros applaudissements alors nimporte qui aurait pu dessiner ce tracé sur une napkin. En même temps, les effets du Royalmount sont pas mal plus néfastes pour l’environnement et la société qu’un projet de tramway. Je comprends ton point que les gens chialent tout le temps (c’est vrai) mais les deux projets ne sont pas comparables je trouve. Despite the soil differences (sandy over there, clay and stone here), I’m rather surprised that Carbonleo expects a first phase completed in just two years.
