I've read 3 different articles that have 3 different numbers of floors: 37, 40, 44...what's the deal?

What you have to remember is that the height limit there is 120m. This thing will touch that. So, whatever is the number of floors, it will not change the final height and impact n the skyline. Not one iota.

 

That being said : it is possible that some are counting basement floors, others not? But I think the official number is 37.
