In new projects, there are clauses that state that the end result might be different from material used for presentation (brochures, maquette etc.) at the sale office (by sales representatives) or elsewhere. The promoter can not be held responsible for anything (delays, substitutions of materials, decrease in the nb of floors..). In those agreements, the recourse of the purchaser is very limited because they are written by lawyers who take care of their own interests. Usually, famous architectures companies (not local) will try to respect the renderings because of the risk of reputation.

Was looking online and came across some old renders, was there supposed to be a TD4 originally; as there is an extra tower in between TDC 2 & 3, or is TDC 4 still a part of the plan?
