Le reproche que je fais au projet, c'est de n'avoir pas enligné la hauteur de sa façade avec celle de son voisin.

 

Aligner la façade avec son voisin n'est pas nécessaire, les deux bâtiments n'ont pas la même vocation et ça aurait compliqué le calcul de la hauteur des planchers.

it's streetwall-reinforcing small lot infill project with height - pretty much unheard of in montreal for the past 70+ years. this return to form is great, better than a podium point tower and quicker too, along with being a great means by which mid-sized developers can maximize their impact on the core. the design? oh well. the black wall is unfortunate, but the benefits far outweigh the cons.

Cette colonne de coin est essentiellement décorative, je la trouve inutile, cheap et laide de la tôle juste de la tôle
