Agreed. To the non obsessed with architecture general public , and with a quick glance, I think a lot of people would come out with the impression that this is a huge building. This crosses over to false advertising imo.

What makes you say this? They seem on the contrary very close to starting construction (at least from what the sales office has told me).

Yah, I don't particularly like it, but it's much better than what's there right now. And it looks like it's close to construction. I say rise up!

C'est sûr que pour le design, on y repassera, mais strictement du point de vue de la hauteur on est chanceux d'avoir un bâtiment (de 31 étages!) qui se construit sur un terrain aussi moche. C'est du très bon fill-in!

C'est un des rares investissements privés actuellement dans la périphérie du QdS alors je le prends.
