Digression alert: One of the few top angles to view L'Avenue. Am very much so looking forward to see the two 1000-1006 de la Montagne towers. The 130m one would be second atop my best MTL skyscraper list after l'Avenue for the mere reason that they are above 130m and new. I hope the new gvt will prioritize the concentration of office headquarters back to MTL coz it's high time to invest and support Health care research, ITC, aeronautics and railway technology. There is no genuine high tech cluster in Canada and I believe the Saint Lawrence Valley should become a Chemistry and Biomedical informatics corridor
