    Never quite sure how I feel about this building. There's an interesting podium all around, and some sweet NYC-esque setbacks. But what kind of materials was it using? Brick and corrugated sheet metal aka tôle? That couldn't have been too classy, kind of like the atrocious Best Western on Sherbrooke.

    Of course I agree, but... have you seen some of the rundown shit just across the street? Still a long way to go. Peace park is still beyond sketchy.

    I would also add that they don't look too horrible, although a bit "cold" IMHO. An elevator in each house, holy fuck. I sometimes struggle just to understand some of my 1950 house's quirks like the sump pump pit, insulation and stuff like that. Imagine as a homeowner, having to call in some "elevator guy" because your lift is broken. Wow. Rich people!!!!

    Hmm that's funny. I'm a Gravel Honda customer (bought my car there) and the notice I got by mail was that they were moving Sales to Nun's Island but keeping the service on Bleury. How strange.
