For the time being, ye!

But who knows how frantic the WI housing market might get within less than 5 years with a relatively high-frequency light metro line, as opposed to the past & present decades' buses and saturated commuter train lines (the latter being designed mainly to channel workers DT), all the while WI offers about as many jobs as DT? 😉

Moi, j'aime pas ça quand il y a trop d'autres conducteurs que moi. Il faut absolument que l'arrondissement / la ville empêche qu'on en ait plus!

Look at my image entête 😏😉

As an aside, the Pierrefonds Ouest project (that the mayor of the CMM effectively cancelled) included primary schools and all sorts of services for its “thousands” of new residents, along with a modern access road, bike and transit lanes, and — oh yeah! — a light metro station at the end of that road!
