It's currently Le Manoir (Brasserie/Restaurant). I don't hold my breath with these Sergakis "projets-a-venir", not too many of them seem to ever materialize. However that area (Quartier Greenwich) is undergoing a lot of development and the city wants to add even more residential there so who knows, this one may come around.

Should they linger too long (less than 5 yeats IMHO) before heeding all due process to get this project going, i believe they'd be getting generous offers to buy their land from more avid developpers!

Either way, it's win-win for Sergakis in this very sector.
