@zedex yes, indeed, slightly higher than what I was told. Still, compared to other projects, I find the prices quite reasonable.

I got prices at the end of April and can confirm the prices were abit lower. 225k starting for studios. But I believe they were part of friends and family price .

Does any one know the sqft of the studios in phase 2? Maybe abit more detail price / unit ?
