    Im not to familiar with the area but prices seem to be good. About 450$sqft taxes, indoor parking and all the appliance included. Has anyone went for a visit ?

    I am on the second floor so basically the first units to be finished. For your rate, not sure who you are with but I was with RBC. My rate was guaranteed til sept 14th 2023. every month after that I would have a "penalty" for .1% increase. I closed on on oct 13th so I only had to pay .1% over my rate

    Took possession today it doesn't feel real, been over 3 years since I signed. I visited my unit on Tuesday. still lots of construction inside

    I also got a unit in phase 1. Crazy how much the prices increased for a 1 bedroom, they are close to 150k more. For phase 3 there is nothing under 450k tx in for a 1 bedroom without parking.

    Rocco where did you find this picture? In here it shows a pool but on their own website no pool on top. Also I found the name change weird also. However from my understanding A&L 1 and 2 share the same common areas like the pool that's only in phase 1. Now for phase 3,4 or now called Louis 1,2 it will be the same so phase 4 will share the pool in phase 3.

    Came back from the friends and family event for phase 3. Got myself a unit 3 1/2. Delivery is Dec 2026. There is a pool and terrace on the top floor unlike what they show in the renderings

    Elle m’a donner un prix pour les studio et sa revient à environ 750$/sqft qui est mes semble un “bon” prix. Auguste et louis on parle environ 950$/sqft pour un studio. Quelqu’un connais les prix pour esplanade cartier ?

    Good news, got the notice last week that my unit in phase 1 on the second floor will be delivered in September 2023

    Just got an email stating the delivery date has been postponed. Initial closing date was march 2023 - sept 2023. New delivery is now sept 2023 - march 2024.

    @mtt They told me they are still on time so I am still expecting summer of 2023. Here is a picture of the project I took at the beginning of the week

    @MtlReal I went on Tuesday and like you said quite pleased with the finishes, very nice. Pictures they posted up on the socials look way different then in real life a lot nicer irl

    J’ai reçu un e-mail aujourd’hui “il est maintenant temps pour vous de choisir l’ambiance générale de votre appartement. ” pour le projet condo Wellington. Malheureusement j’ai pas acheter un condo “Wellington” mais plutôt a august et Louis. Les 2 projet semblent d’être à meme phase de “construction “. Il y a peut-être un peux de confusion dans les bureaux.
