I called to have an idea of the prices : 1 bedrooms start at 340K + tax and 2 bedrooms over 400K + tax. People that bought in phase 1 got the deal of the century. It was soo much cheaper. Oh well

In line what they told me. 

My point is that prices have gone crazy up since Phase 1 - in phase 1, 1 bedrooms started at 285k

Yep since phase 1 was launched more than a year ago, before the pandemic, prices have gone tru the roof since then, everywhere. They are just following the genereal trend.

I would think that more houses prices went up because the demand for dt has dropped since the pandemic started. The price of labor and material did go up though.

I registered for Phase 2 around January, but the agent called us saying Phase 1 is still on sale, and Phase 2 prices would go up quite a lot. She presented a few units still available and one was pretty good, within our budget and we put down a deposit. So glad I did it.

We are future neighbours. We got a unit in Phase 1 as well. First time buyers
