    I would think that more houses prices went up because the demand for dt has dropped since the pandemic started. The price of labor and material did go up though.

    cool que l'epicerie va etre au lot numero 2! interesser de voir si c'est le metro qui va demenager ou un autre super marcher. ils disent qu'il va avoir 500 000 à 700 000 pieds carrés de bureaux alors 120 000 dans ilot 2, d'autre bureaux suiveront dans les ilots futurs alors?

    Esperons qu'ils changent d'idee. Je croyais plus qu'ils allait le mettre au coin rene levesque partenais a coter des 6 lots lol. Le site du radio canada. Les logements sociaux sont situer beaucoup plus loin que les condos. Et pas au centre encadrer de nohveaux condos, un peu weird ,mais bon j'atttend encore le plan complet avec impatience.

    Interesting to see that lot 2 has a lot less units vs lot 1.although it seems like 40% of the units will be 2bedrooms or more. When i spoke to the sales people they were saying ilot 2 would likely be rental. Iot 3 will be logement social.

    Do u think with the 14th floor rooftop. we may be able to see a similar mtl view,mayb a tiny bit further back? This is taken center of the bridge i think. I passed by today there is an apt building near bell media blocking the view. I hope not

    There are many units remaining for phase 2, even some 1 bedrooms, i am quite surprised.

    Est ce que c pour des logement socials? Je trouve ca vraiment injuste si cest le cas. Nous qu'on paye 400 k pour un condo quand eux ils vont payer 1000$ pour le loyer?
