I think most would agree that the primary purpose of this forum is to discuss how best to design/plan, build, and operate urban transit, specifically the current REM projects underway. You can discuss your preferred language and words and branding all you want, but let's first all agree on one thing: there needs to be actual good transit infrastructure in place first BEFORE we start debating about how to call them. Not the other way round.

Starting tomorrow, we could even start calling Detroit's People Mover the "Metropolitan Express Network" (REM) but that's not going to change the fact that Detroit has god awful transit. Putting lipstick on a pig doesn't change the fundamental nature of the pig.

Moi je les adorent les voitures, les couleurs incluses.  Design, couleurs etc..

Frankly I love the colors, it's quite different from the rest of the trains in North America. And while I will always love the blue that we use in our metro and that AMT used to have on their trains, I think that adding "colour diversity" on our trains is a good thing. Besides, the dark green is an elegant choice in my personal opinion.

the trains are not super sleek but honestly the light green color is not bad

Agree. I like the overall look, but Azur and Innovia are indeed sleeker.
