Yeah! I'll be good for most of Lot 1 Esplanade Cartier.  I keep hoping to see EP start to rise, but they are still working on the foundation/base. At this rate Le Parthenais may rise before Prével!

L'élargissement des trottoirs et la plantation d'arbres est prévu dans le PPU.

Not fun to be waken up on Canada Day 7Am for this. Does anyone know how long will it take to lay the foundation? Living right next to the construction site, every piece in my condo vibrate and shake like hell and the noise is unbearable for working from home...anyone feel the same?
