Not thay I heard of. Its a Hydro-Quebec central so I guess they would be the ones doing it if ever.

I have a hard time imagining the tenants enjoying the summer on their balconies facing directly the transformers. They are litterally in front, even an 'arc électrique' could be possible. Who in their right mind would want to live there?
