Selon Roccabella, chaque tour a 37 étages, mais l'hauteur est équivalente à 38 étages car le Penthouse est à deux étages.

What's funny here is say this is 38 stories -- the CCE is I think 25 stories yet if this rendering is accurate doesn't make like 13 extra floors (yes I know there a different standars for res vs office).

I do not see the hilarity. If the rendering is accurate, it appears that Rocccabella is around the same height as Sheraton (it is across the street, so there may be a slight distortion in perception). Sheraton has 38 floors, so Roccabella's height seems about right.

Roccabella height 120 meters or 393.7 feet.

 

Difference is 30 feet which is about the height of a duplex. which is pretty close to the rendering. So the relative sizes are pretty close to reality!!

CCE is indeed 25 floors high which do not reach the top of the building. I'm guessing there is the equivalent of 2 floors of machinerie (the terrasse in the back of the building is the last accessible floor).
