Today i walked/bused on Jean-Talon street all the way from Pie-Ix to Blue Bonnets and while i was on Pie-Ix, i looked towards the east and couldn't help thinking how many lots should be developped with appartment buildings. I know it is already happening east of Viau but beetwen Viau and Pie-IX there are many parking lots that could be used much better. Im glad this has already started with this new addition. Thanks for the info.

Le rendu me semble "ok". Je vais attendre voir un rendu complet, mais pour l'instant ça me semble bien.

 

En passant, six étages c'est trop pour le sous-forum "Petits projets". Ce projet mérite d'être dans le forum régulier "En Construction"

Dommage car avec tout le développement dans ce coin là ils auraient pu aller chercher du 10 à 15 étages facilement. Mais c'est mieux que rien car il y a tellement de terrains vacants ou de vastes stationnements rarement utilisé à pleine capacité.

Just south on Jean Talon near Provencher the 6 storey Bellavista condo building is having it's underground garage carved out. This great to see!! the whole island is rocking with development!!
