    Do you remember a time when we weren’t building anything in Montreal. Which wasn’t that long ago.Sure the designers aren’t my style but i’m Old school . I like stone, brink but glass not so much. If they just marry the two I be a happy camper.

    I haven’t taken a bus since February with the pandemic, I strolled down to atwater on the 108 bus. They really did a good job of protecting the driver/ passenger with the clear plexiglass in the front and enter in the front and exit by the back( unless your with a disability or with a stroller) then you can exit by the front door.

    With HABS going for game 6 tonight , I thought I would snap a pic of HABS condo city. They really hold there own when taking a photo from afar.

    Just a couple more pics of the parking entrance/exit for the condo structure right in front of the 108 bus stop in Cabot square. Plus the darker cement stone on the building. Not sure I like that since the area is so dark already.But time will tell when the project completed to see how it looks.

    I really love the design, the townhouses the 2 towers.iTs difference makes it so not cookie cutter. BRAVO

    Progress is on going ,several of the structures are taking form.

    The Eaton Center has changed from those orange color. in the 80’s ,then a renovation slowly losing its life. Now it’s a slab of tiles. NO LIFE, NO COLOR, MIGHT AS well be walking a hospital hallway. Puts some plants in the place real or fake.

    Hiring a local graffiti artist to design a mural would be nice. Even a mural of woods ( trees 🌲)to keep the whole green thing going.

    I for one will never call the station by that name , it will be know as griffentown station. I also know whom I won’t be putting my support in the next mayors election.

    I like it, the only issue i have is the slope of the yawning should be tilted more , because snow laying on top of the structure . The sidewalks are great and i'm happy that in the original were the post are they had the cement tripping hazards which they don"t have the recent photos,

    Keeping the brick facade , they are going to add one hell of a building in this spot. Right besides a metro .

    Changes , changes walked Montreal on some of the side street, sure nothing like the places I grew up in. Most of my bars are gone that I went to restaurant closed or change, I’m a stranger in my own land. LOL

    Taking shape , Wonder if there will be a 4. Still wondering about the land with the burn out building on the other side of the street. Perfect build site.

    McGill station , they seemed to closed a large section of the dig.

    Timeout kinda looks like a cafeteria with the lights turned down. Note they closing shops at another part of the mall to start renovation in that section of the mall.

    Eaton center Reno is taking shape. I really hope they add green plants and some form of colors to this mall when it’s said and done.
