    This project went out to bid a few months ago and was won by Decarel but all bids were over-budget so some design tweaks were made. The revised bid closed today and was won by Lavacon.

    They are also building the new Radio-Canada head office, as well as redeveloping the old Merck Frost site in the west island near St-Charles, both of which are massive projects. Demolition and de-contamination has been rolling along over the last 6-7 months at the Merck site...
