Je ne crois pas que ça puisse dépasser les 6 ou 8 étages dans ce secteur, mais je n'aurais rien contre le fait d'être contredit!

Je crois que le plan d'urbanisme permet jusqu'a 10 étages mais il y a certains secteurs qui permettent jusqu'a 15 étages. C'est soit 10, 12 ou 15.....Le boulevard Newman, Shevchenko et Dollard on vu les hauteurs permises revue a la hausse ainsi que le quadrilatère entre Champlain, Bishop-power, George et Gagné.

At first I was convinced this would be a continuation of the La Vie project on George. They have built, are after, 108 "logements" on George between 11th and 16th avenue. But now, over 200 dwellings from the IGA to the Couche-Tard? Yeah, we're talking 8-10 floors here.

Now here's something weird. The public notice mentions Lot Number 6 278 915 at the corner of Gagne/George, but that lot doesn't exist at all! Instead it is 5 429 021. Worse, no mention is made of lot 6 231 048 which cuts right in the middle.

It's possible that the CT lot and 6 231 048 were merged and formed into a new lot, 6 278 915, but the castadre map hasn't been updated yet.

The maps are updated daily on the Infolot website, for as long as municipal instances communicate the data to the govt.

Completely fenced off, except for the stupid couche tard. Looks like we'll have a chimera of a building.

I think the land on George street will not be in the first phase of this project.....probably 2nd or a potential 3rd phase with the couche tard going down.

With all those phases that are going to go up, the Couche Tard won't want to go down with all the new potential clients coming in their sector.
