It appears that the hotel lobby will be high-rise and take up two floors. 

Floors 6~12 of this building will be occupied by the hotel rooms. 

Floor 14 will feature a pool and a gym.  

Floors 15~35 will be dedicated to rental apartments. 

Anyone knows what's gonna be for floors 3~5?

Why would it be? Is the gym over at Hilton Garden Inn open to the public? Private building, private gym. NEXT.

The swimming pool at the Dorval Hilton (the airport) is open to the public.  Of course one has to pay a hefty annual membership.

They set aside $8.5m for the project Parc Eugène Lapiere.  "Le budget pour la réalisation du projet est de 8 500 000 $ taxes incluses".   That's a huge amount for any park anywhere in the world.

I worked at the Spa in Chateau Champlain, and it started as private gym/pool, just for guests until they realized how much more could be made by opening it to the public.

La partie vers l’ancienne entrée de la station de metro progresse plus vite que celle vers Domtar. Est-ce que cette entrée sera toujours en fonction lorsque la tour sera finie? Le rendu ne permet pas d’en distinguer une.
