    CPDQ devrait laisser tomber l'est de MTL et focuser sur la rive-sud de mtl. Il y a aura pas mal moins de chialage

    theres a difference if the builder started construction as promised and mid way inflation jumped significantly, but here the builder delayed the start of construction significantly which caused him to be impacted by inflation. I think its the builder fault. The builder has to claim the extra costs of inflation from whoever caused his project to be delayed and not from the buyers.

    Even though this thread is a bit dead, the project is not dead but official construction is delayed to 2023 according someone who's working on the project.

Expo was never alive to die, GAP is the most irrelevant store in downtown and i dont think anyone will even notice its gone, the rem changes absolutely nothing 90% of the population dont even know when its supposed to open. The only real issue is the sanitary measures that are killing DT

    Doesnt seem like it at the moment. Users comfort and convenience was not really taken into consideration in this project.

    Bombardier aurait était beaucoup plus pire. Demande à la stm et leur expérience avec les Azur. J'ai déjà travaillé chez Bombardier transport. Worst managed company. Que des problèmes et délais dans tous leurs projet. Expensive labor au Québec ne veut pas dire qualité. Regarde l'ancien pont Champlain et tout les cheap construction qui se font ici avec du expensive labor
