    The problem is not the project. The problem is the decarie. Its traffic jam hell everyday with or without this project.

    The balconies wont change anything, with or without the drawings. The building is just an ugly wall.

    How is 530 sqft a 1bdr, thats more like a studio. And i presume thats gross area. I dont think rent would be higher in griffintown than the symphonia one. The advantage is griffintown is big airbnb market if your allowed. Also looking at centris statistics Sud-ouest/griffintown Verdun/Ils des soeurs

    you dont move all the way to deux-montagne then whine about not having comfortable seats all the way to downtown everyday.

    I think the future is work from home (white collar jobs). So less traffic and also if theres is traffic less ppl will care because they are working from home, so if youre stuck in traffic one or twice a week its ok. Also, with our without this project the decarie and that area will always be traffic hell. Its not like its so fluid right now that your scared this project will ruin it.

    Oh really I'm sure the old Champlain was an engineering success and model to follow. China should follow Quebec lol 35 yrs and still can't extend the blue line

    Malheureusement ce n'est pas vue d'un angle trompe œil. C'est vraiment la réalité, mais heureusement c'est vraiment juste entre l'autoroute de la 10 et pas au milieu de brossard ou sur Taschereau par exemple. Alors ca na pas d'impact vraiment sur la ville.

    Je ne pense pas que tu peux arrêter l'étalement urbain sans diminuer les prix des logements. La raison principale que les gens déménagent plus loins c'est parce que ca coute moins cher. Si une maison ou condo à mtl coutait le même prix qu'une maison a Chambly ou st-jean presque personne irait là-bas.

    Seriously worst design ever. Doesn't look anymore convenient the the old Panama. Atleast before the buses would drop you right next to the 45 bus that would go straight downtown, and you had more parking right next to the bus stops. Now the experience will be 10 times worse in winter.

    I was working on a major project in montreal and we had significant delays due to labor shortages. We couldnt even get additional workers from ontario because of the rules and laws here.

    thats crazy its gonna be already a year since the tbm arrived. What kinks do they still need to work out after a year. At 2m per day thats worse than an haveuse
