Elle existe depuis plusieurs années déjà. C'est seulement qu'avec cette murale, on la remarque plus maintenant.

It is very typical of some arabic country. I've worked for years in the Maghreb and in many cities, building would be rising on a "get the money" basis. I would agree with you here. My only question would be : why is the city allowing them to go away with this ? This mosque is definitely an eyesore building !!
