I saw this demolition and asked a neighbour who claimed they will be putting up a six story apartment here, across from Jewish General hospital and two blocks from Metro.

How come every building now has a weird ass window pattern. What happened to having windows of a similar size and with a similar spacing in between them?

People love to have bigger window in their living room then in their bedroom or bathroom... It's better to have different sizes, that having all the same, too small, sizes for all the rooms
