According to their web site, the 2 penthouses on the 38th floor are now on sale... I want the North one !!!!!

I have to admit the penthouse at Altoria looks amazing since none of the views will be blocked! As for Roccabella's penthouses, I would say around 2 millions!!!! One day ....... ;-)

I don't know the pricing for any of these units... but I have a feeling that the Ritz and M sur la Montagne's penthouses cost much more than Roccabella's ($$ per sq. footage-wise).... Altoria's penthouse is way too big lol.... at 5575 sq. ft oh boy. Plus the finishings at Altoria are meh...

The only thing that is a bit weird to me in the Altoria penthouse is that on from the terrasse in top left corner, you have a magnificient view on... the toilet bowl. I know its the private terrase for this bedroom, but still...

 

That penthouse is indeed ridiculously big.

 

5 living/familly rooms in M sur la Montagne... really?

 

Ritz is nice, but Roccabella is just what I need, save for the price tag...

Plus the finishings at Altoria are meh...

 

If I was buying a 6M$ PH, I'd pay for my own kitchen designer and fly in some high-end finishings from all over the world. Custom made, only the best!

I doubt anyone would choose to go with the developer's basic ones.
