Dreamers can dream of well-thought-out solutions and projects. Does not mean cheap, ugly or just bland; can be nice, elegant, durable.  I can be this kind of dreamer.

Just make all new constructions must meet the maximum height limit of where it is being built. If the limit is 65m they must build that, if they want to do less, they must pay a yearly fine to the city, worth the total value of the building.

Ça fait déjà quelques années que les promoteurs y vont au max : d'où l'hideuse forêt de 80m dans Griffintown, la banale clôture de 120m et ses six piquets sur R-L Ouest ainsi que le futur trio de 200m sur Saint-Jacques en plus du duo Maestria et le SQP1.
