IluvMTL Posted October 10, 2020 Author Posted October 10, 2020 Presque 300 unités!
Quote
IluvMTL Posted October 14, 2020 Author Posted October 14, 2020 Does anyone know who is behind this project? Mondev seems to be getting their hands on every available lot in this area. @georgeplamondon10 Quote

Lakhdari was the one who was supposed to develop the Prével Esplanade Cartier site at one time. Porte Sainte Marie back in 2003. I remember hearing that they also had a connection to a vacant lot on Fullum nearby... Demonfort seem to have some handsome projects under their belt. Hope this is a 20-20-20 start soon project. They already have preliminary approval by the CCU in September. This is a great spot with spectacular views. I hope the city doesn't open up Fullum to Notre-Dame, which they are considering in the PPU des Faubourgs. Although only 8 stories, one more than Phase 2 of EC, this will be the densest project east of the bridge. Quote

1 Quote
