letsdothis106 Posté(e) 5 août 2021 Partager Posté(e) 5 août 2021 I’m thinking of investing (will be renting it out) in a one bedroom apartment - a bit confused about which option to go for. Symphonia Viu, low floor, 700 sq foot, 1 parking, with locker for 445K, 0.44$/sq foot service charge Wellington sur basin (Griffintown), low floor, 530 sq foot, 1 parking, with locker for 445K, 0.55$/sq foot service charge Any advice please would be much much appreciated 🙏🏼 Citer Lien vers le commentaire Partager sur d’autres sites

Nuns Island is steady as they go, but values will get a boost from the new REM station next year. As for who rents 1 bedrooms, in Griffintown there is a huge population (and I mean huge) of youngsters in their 20s and 30s and I suspect the demography for Nuns Island tenants is higher than that. Depends what you prefer to get.

And i presume thats gross area. I dont think rent would be higher in griffintown than the symphonia one. The advantage is griffintown is big airbnb market if your allowed.
