We just need a 200m sliver to go up on Square Victoria and then of course, the BeG site.

The major problem with the Square Vic lot is that all the undergound parking was built altogheter with phase 1 OACI and connecting in the center with an office atrium, thus the remaining empty lot cannot be converted to a condo tower with the office garage underneath. They are stuck to build an office building there, and the market is never there for that.

The Westcliff lot can accommodate two 200m towers and they can be residential.
