It’s pretty great and close to everything. On top of Rosemont metro. Seven minute walk or two minute Bixi to Beaubien metro. Two minutes by bike in any direction and there are hundreds of shops and restaurants, and you’re a metro ride away from everything in the city.

What's fascinating is that building on top of a metro station is an accomplishment instead of the norm, here in Montreal, in 2021...

Le dernier étage vient d'être "fermé", ca donne une bonne idée de la volumétrie finale. Reste à découvrir la qualité du revêtement final!

Quelle est la raison pour laquelle cet édifice n'a pas été construit en béton comme 99,9% de tous les nouveaux édifices à Montréal?
