A friend of mine is serious about buying there, as a primary residence. He was told (by the agent, of course) that the airbnb party rats are a thing of the past. I see a few articles from 2018 on here. Any new stories since? Anyone wants to share anything, privately if necessary?
This one just makes me so sad whenever I go to costco. If this was on St-Patrick it would still look brand new. There's probably no chance for it to ever be renovated after years (decades?) of neglect.
