    The people complaining are so out of touch that it's laughable at this point. "Je veux pleurer quand je vois ca"... Tu es a IDS depuis 50 ans et tu pensais que IDS aller rester un terrain de golf pour l'éternité?? Cette pensée étroite reflète beaucoup le Québec en large. Mauvais planification par nos élus avec des plans conçu pour du courte terme et non du long terme. C'est comme si la croissance et la densification de la population n'a jamais été une facteur dans leurs decision. Incroyable!

    What do you expect?? Its a form of developer and city corruption. Most of the time, the developer already has roughly 3 different design versions of the project planned out in the event the city rejects the first or second version. The 3rd and last version is the most financially conservative and uglier one to develop. When city officials make it difficult to get the project past (sometimes done on purpose), you propose to them the 3rd and cheaper version which therefore leaves you with excess cash to pay off corrupt city officials... Not a bad conspiracy eh!! lol
