Tel que mentionné, ce sera du condo. En fait, après des années de locatif, Mondev revient aux condos. Pas moins de 3 projets à vendre qui s'en viennnent listé sur leur site.

Part 2 is currently on hold on rue Laforce... Demolishion refused. Most likely also going to be changed to condos for sale.

Thanks! I remember reading that the CCU wasn't on board for their proposal for the lot. Sent them back to the drawing board

Enfin de retour aux condos.

En passant, le projet Spark sur l'autre coin de rue avait aussi débuté comme un projet locatif en 2013-2014, avant d'être finalement transformé en condos en 2015.

Reste à voir les prix avec la folie du marché.

Do have any more info on tis project? Looks like Mondev sold it off (as they are trying to do with the old garage across from Laforce).

 Someone who lives nearby told me that the project had changed, but that construction will start next spring.

Et on sait ce que OMNIA vaut niveau services et qualité? On dirait que leur reviews Google ont tous été faites le même jour pour remonter leur note global. J'étais si emballé par ce projet, mais acheter sur papier est la chose qui m'angoisse le plus.
