Bon alors la nouvelle phase s'appelle "Louis phase I". Ils ont renommé les premières phases "Auguste I et 2". L'art de mélanger le monde. Ou de se protéger en foutant le shire dans le dédale administratif si leurs projets font faillite.

Normalement, sur le plan juridique chaque phase est une entité pour empêcher la faillite de tout le projet si un imprévu survient.

Rocco where did you find this picture? In here it shows a pool but on their own website no pool on top. Also I found the name change weird also. However from my understanding A&L 1 and 2 share the same common areas like the pool that's only in phase 1. Now for phase 3,4 or now called Louis 1,2 it will be the same so phase 4 will share the pool in phase 3.

You're right. I bought a unit in Phase 1 in 2020 and already then in the contracts the phases were called Auguste 1, Auguste 2, Louis 1, Louis 2.

A1 et A2 will share amenities.

I also got a unit in phase 1. Crazy how much the prices increased for a 1 bedroom, they are close to 150k more. For phase 3 there is nothing under 450k tx in for a 1 bedroom without parking.

On comprend pourquoi ils ont commencé à construire sur la section ouest du site. La seule qui n'a pas de sous-sol à démolir. Tout le reste.... ça va être chaud.
