L'homme le plus riche du monde qui finance une passerelle privée menant à des boutiques ultra luxueuses. Heureusement que ce n'est pas arrivé sur le territoire de la Ville de Montréal car j'en connais une qui aurait fait un infarctus ou a minima une syncope.

Has this been mentioned anywhere else before? Or is it just speculation by the author? There will be an overpass not too far from the Kirkland REM station for the REV, but that's unlikely to be "covered." Also, "the city" has little or nothing to do with it, other than planning it as part of the REV.

Hi djentamaster001 the article you posted about the royal mount project is very interesting. More interesting however is a headline in  the same publication, called Costar, about CN moving its hq nearby into a new project. : Can you post this article or tell us more.

the article about CN Hq relocation requires a commercial subscription, not available to regular people
