C'est en effet l'un des deux aspects:

1- Dilution de la population francophone à Montréal.

Dilution de la population francophone de Montreal surtout  parceque les francophone quittent la ville pour la banlieue. Les logements qu'ils occupaient sont pris par de nouveaux arrivants. Et meme encore la ville de Montreal a perdu 45000 habitantes en 2021 c'est beaucoup.

Je ne vois pas comment cette nouvelle règle discriminatoire va stopper la dilution des francophones au centre-ville.  Elle envoie un mauvais message c’est bien dommage.

Je dirais même que cela risque de faire plus de tort que de bien. C'est correct que l'on incite les francophones à venir s'installer ici mais pas ce n'est pas une bonne idée de vouloir refouler les anglophones.

Most societies don’t need official policies. If you want to live and work in Ontario or BC, it is a given that you will need English to get ahead. Also it is a given that their children will grow up speaking English...in many cases unilingually. It could be labelled as discriminatory, but it is simply regarded as the norm...no governmental intervention needed.

Try having a life-long career in Buenos Aires without learning to speak Spanish. Or Russian in Moscow etc.

Quebec has to fight for its linguistic and cultural survival. So it is not too much to ask that newcomers do as they would elsewhere...Learn our language. In fact, we will help you as best we can.

Le Québec est a contre courant. Portugal, Espagne, Georgie  exemple de pays qui ont des programmes de visa pour les immmigrants investisseurs avec aucune exigence linguistique.

Le gouvernement du Québec a vraiment le tour de se tirer dans le pied. 

Déja le nombre d'immigrants investisseurs versus le nombre d'immigrants réguliers est tres mínime. Et la on va se passer de cet apport.
