Comme les deux tors du Roccabella sont sur le même podium et le même # de lot je crois si ont prend le nombre total des condos vendu pour la premier tour soit 90% et ont divisée par deux ,ca donnerait 45% vendu total , qui voudrait dire qu'ils pourrait avoir le financement maintenant pour construire la deuxième tour, je crois la deuxième va débuter avec très peu de ventes et tôt en 2015.
