Ax-C will be established in the building. It will be a new space for start-ups and tech companies to gather.

Been a rough three years for the city, looks like it'll be another tough couple years ahead. Thank our leaders for continuing to drop the ball hard.

They just sold Stanbrooke to a Toronto developer, that will help infuse capital into current projects.... they did expand fast, but covid and interests rates slowed down everything for everyone on almost every major city globally. I won't be surprised if they sold off other properties to finance current and new projects. For this one though, I still think they have intensions of building it and I still think it will be rentals only. However, I do agree that this hole will be there for a while, sadly.

While other cities are having art weeks/artistic neighbourhoods in development, we get a constipated bird statue... nice

Off the top of my head - NB leases 330K sq ft (By 2026) - Sony Games leases 61K sq ft -Boeing to create an innovation centre in MTL -Neovigie expands to MTL- first N.A office -H55 new facility in the GMA -Implicit Conversions Canadian HQ in Montreal -Avalanche studios opens in MTL - Anianor breaks ground on A220 centre of excellence - Ardian establishes first office in N.A here - Ubisoft establishes N.A hub for production operations in Montreal - Ebury expands to Montreal - Schneider Electric opens new R&D centre -Creative Horizons expands to Montreal - Insilico Medecine new R&D centre downtown - Lithium Universe opens office in Montreal - Adastra opens A.I innovation centre in Montreal 2024: new deals will be signed, mainly in A.I/tech, innovation centres, Aerospace. Data centres are poised for large expansions as well.

It's the most advanced system in North America, new technology. There is no such thing as perfect, to think it would run flawlessly is unrealistic. It's been 99% reliable, which already is amazing, tell me a system in North America that is running as well? People will find anything and everything to complain about. I can tell you, many people are envious at us for having such a system.

Funny how people jump on the REM.... it was a minor breakdown, it was flawless yesterday and is working well as we speak.... Metro was down for hours last week, broke down multiple times Friday night, no warning... yet not a peep. Media bias once again.

I knew of a project to expand, but nothing like this... The idea is fantastic, hotel, office, residential. More people downtown is always a win. The architecture though? It's absolute bull S**t.

This one took a lot of work to get done, they're an interesting company and I'm happy they settled here. Friendly people over there.

Yup, as I said yesterday... 1.4M sq ft total betwern this and BN tower. I'm assuming some deals fell through and BN decided to swoop in and buy it all.

Edit: Bought the whole office and commercial portion, planning to lease it all by 2026. So that means they now have 1.4M sq ft of office space in that area, wow.

A downtown location would be perfect... near Guy Concordia in particular or any available spaces close to the Bell Centre. Maestria would be another fantastic location (praying for an Eataly there too) Griffintown too would be ideal

Shake Shack is so good, I would love one here (well... two, one in downtown would be nice)

I'm just here waiting for the announcement of the food hall lol, we need more in the city and unique ones too.
