    A little breakdown from the Windoor Show that was in Montréal for the first time . More than twice the number of visitors than the Toronto show last year .Les Américains , les Ontariens et du reste du Canada ont vante notre ville , nos entreprises , notre dynamisme . Nous avons bouffe dans trois restaurants par soirée . J'ai personnellement parler a environ 220 propriétaires de entreprises surtout du Canada et USA . Quel impression different de Montréal part apport il y'a 10 ans. Ont lâche pas ont fonce . Je vous ai pas oublie mes amis les meilleurs nouvelles arrivée très bientôt.

    I said after the 8th of November not on the 8th of November , anyways one major announcement is coming for Montréal very shortly and one is into a minor discussion on timing . Sorry all I can say for now . Thanks to those who know how business transactions work . Patience is a virtue ,we are on course and Montréal is flying . THE AUTUMN finishes the 21st of December . as I am concerned we will be celebrating before .

    Sorry ,impossible to call the shots in advance , it is to risky . Example when Boston lured GE head office from Fairfield Connecticut in January of this year. They offered 30 million in incentives , but other cities heard about the transfer and finally 7 other cities wanted the head office and finally it took 145 million dollars to bring them to Boston . One of the richest incentive deals in state history paid by the city and state officials . Calling the shots in advance will kill most deals as global competition for head offices and new offices is tremendous.

    Kool tu a entièrement raison , personne dans mon entourage pensait que certains choses arriverait si vite . Oui il aurait après le 8 Novembre des annonces majeur , nos fleurons Québécois vont ce faire connaître et il y'a des entreprises de l'extérieur qui veulent ce faire connaître aussi. Tous le changement complete ne ce produirait pas en trois mois , mais ca sera un virage majeur ; surtout pour un de nos fleurions qui va commencer a se faire connaître a l'international et ca devrait nous reporté beaucoup de dividends a long terme . Autre point , les ventes de condos au centre-ville depuis un mois sont très fort , sa presage une deuxième vague d'annonce au courant de la prochaine année. Ont aimée tous voir des grues dans le ciel .

    Mes amis le virement arrive , prenez en note retenez le cie Arconic , pour le moment je peut pas vous en dire plus . A Montréal nous sommes plus les oubliées . nous sommes les parvenues , des milles de personnes positif , créatif et travaillant qui font et feront la difference . Notre tour est arrivée , je n'ai jamais vue et parler a autant de gens de L'Ontario, Alberta et des provinces de l'est qui vient se installer dans mon coin Blainville , pourtant très francophone. Moi je croit l'exode est terminé et la guerre froide anglophone ,francophone est terminée , nous sommes dans la nouvelle revolution rebâtir Montréal dans harmonie pour la bénéfice de tous . Je vais en choque plusieurs mais ces mon style , l'establishment Torontoise croit maintenant que Montréal est la ville qui a le plus de chance de la plu grosse croissance dans les 10 prochaines années au Canada. Restons sereins, positif et travaillant , rien arrivée tous seul , faut bucher , croire et partager ; nous sommes juste de passage , il faut prepare notre relevé. Le plus important peut importe nos origins ces d'aimée ou nous sommes l'appréciée , le dire et de le faire GRANDIR A TOUS PRIX NOTRE VILLE ET SA REGION.

    Incroyable , ces un projet parfait pour ce coin , remplacer un centre d'achat délabre par un projet d'un tel envergure ces quoi le problème. CE terrain est bien desservie par le réseau routier le train de l'est , est pas si loin que ca du plus proche station de metro . Rabéa Kabbaj allo des taxes de plus et du renouveau urbain. Ces pas la ville qui prend le risque ces le prometteur.

    Oui ils sont parmi les deux finalistes avec le groupe Busac /Pomerleau. En espérant un projet phare pour ce coin qui serviras a d'autres projets clé et innovateur pour ce coin stratégique.

    Phase 2 sales will be starting shortly , phase1 sales have been on a solid pace the last 2 months , sales are 40% stronger than same period last year for the project .

    Ont est timide sur les bonnes nouvelles , il ces crées 45,400 emplois a temps plein aux Québec aux mois de Septembre 2016, VS 23,100 emplois a temps plein dans tous le Canada . Qui veut dire que la creation d'emplois permanant aux Québec a prie un méchant tournant positif. D'autres bonnes nouvelles MAJEUR , Montréal et ca region sous peu. Toute une équipe en marche pour mettre Montréal en route .:mtl:

    The GFCI bi-annual rankings are based on a cities competitiveness , it takes into account the over all performance of each city competition wise. We are not comparing total size of there economic activity , we are comparing there competitiveness. I told you last year when I was in New York and Boston , everyone was talking on how Montréal is bouncing back , making it's place . We are much more diversified than 10 years ago , universities have started new and up to the date programs in high tech and environnemental sciences. The turn around has arrived , it will translate into better and more skillful jobs for the Montréal area . New job figures will be out in the following months , new major investissements will be announced and more diversification of the Montréal economy will arrive . We are on an upswing like Boston and Sydney , wait and see , at least I know on this one I am right. Montréal and Boston are probably economy wise the two North American cities that look alike and they are both on the move , the universities in each city are creating grounds for there cities success. Montréal is not sleeping anymore it is moving , it is now dynamique , the future months and years will bring back our merited pride for this great city.

    Figures as of today 331 unites sold phase 1 on a total of 404 = 82% sold . 73 units left , will start presales phase 2 when there will be + or - 30 units left over . Will only start phase 2 with presales between 45 to 50%.

    100% d'accord ,traverse des champs pour aller desservir l'aéroport ou il n'a plus de passagers qui arrive et avoir un lien avec Saint-Augustin donc la population ne dépasserais jamais 10,000 personnes; ridicule. De toute façon la majorité des gens qui reste a Saint-Augustin travail dans le meme secteur, Bombardier, Bell Helicopter etc.
