Je vais vérifier mes dossiers cette semaine... vous regarder quelle coté du bâtiment? Dans mon opinion, les unités du coin sud-ouest (les 5-1/2) ont les meilleures vues... mais on voit très loin de tous les cotés. A ma connaissance (je ne travail pas beaucoup avec les ventes) il reste pas beaucoup d’unités, mais ils en restes quand même plusieurs.

Ummm... même pire… l’engagement à restituer le bâtiment original faisait partie obligatoire de l’appel d’offre, et tous les soumissionnaires l’ont inclus. Si je me souviens, un des deux promoteurs avec les meilleures offres le conservait tels que l’offre retenue, cependant que l’autre le déplaçais de l’autre côté de la rue.

Je crois que la photo de Philippe a été prise du cote ouest, en regardant la partie du centre qui sera conserver. Les trous qu'on voit semblent être ceux d'où les rallonges avaient été ajouté.

Thanks, and I am part of the builders team... hopefully no one will get bored with the over frequent updates… The interest has been much higher than I would have anticipated. I guess the very low prices are attracting a lot of first time buyers who are willing to be the first people in an area still awaiting urban renewal. There are several other projects in area including a small infill nearing completion on Hebert near Industrial… as well as another sales office just got put up on the other side of the tracks probably hoping to get visibility from Accès Condo’s traffic… (http://www.condomontjoli.com) .

I agree... it is a very nice project. If the detailing and finishing keeps in line with what was done inside portions of the original building, this will be superb example of repurposing a building. Kinda makes me wish I were involved in this project. ROb

Voici quelque photos du terrain et bâtiment existant (en 2009) avant les travaux . On voit les deux agrandissements de l'ancien Hôpital des Varioleux qui ont été démolis. It's a pretty old industrial sector that's hasn't yet seen any urban renewal... but is part of Montreal-Nord's Pie-IX revitalisation plan. It's one of the reasons this project is key in the hopes of spurring more private investment in the area. http://www.montreal-nord2020.com/ I finally have some up to date pictures... these were taken this morning... That's the 9th floor slab pour... two more big ones to go (10th and roof)

This is the 8th floor on the 30 of November... the 9th will be poured on the 7th of december...
