De Maisonneuve used to be light industry from Decaire to Cavendish but over the past few years, close 50% has been transformed (or is being transformed) into condos, adding to density and changing the feel of the area from industrial to residential.

Also, the tracks behind Salley have been removed so the space next to the electric pillars could be made into a bike path that could connect to Angrignon Park. 

The bike path, if i'm not mistaken, is in the city Master plan.

You are correct! Great news but do you have any information on a time line? There are quite a few "orange" paths yet to be realized.
