Grâce condominiums NDG (5765 Boul. de Maisonneuve Ouest)

A series of small industrial buildings (3) were razed on de Maisonneuve Ouest recently and the areas are now covered with promos for "Grâce condominiums https://www.montrealguidecondo.ca/en/grace-condominiums/23706/) between Melrose and Clifton. It is advertised as three phases, each with three stories for a total of 116 units.

This has been a trend on de Maisonneuve Ouest since the building of the MUHC and has improves the feel of that stretch of the street although you can't change the fact that they are looking onto the tracks for the Vaudreuil–Hudson Exo line.
