it mentioned we can get refund but it need to deduct thecharges due for payment by credit card or any commision that may be paid if your purchased your unit from your broker.

any idea about the percentage% is it 18%?

I received mine, for me it is 15% increase before tax.

We not suppose to pay for brokers fees, this is not my deal, this is the promoter's deals. 

I am not gonna pay back the seats and offices they used. 

 When I pay my deposite, its was for the condo not for the promoter's expenses. In my contract they dont say brokers fees. I am not gonna accept that
