    I also enjoy seeing this area including Point St-Charles come to life. Yes some material used on certain condos are not extraordinary but that's what we have and thats fine also. When I was living in Vancouver an old industrial area next to downtown called Yaletown also has a mess of new condos over the last 15 years also, they're not all architectural gems but the area has become a great neighbourhood very vibrant.

    Good luck with that, The EV and JMSB are both new and the Guy tower was just redone 8 or 9 years ago.

    I always pictured having a great mid-town around the olympic stadium. All those warehouses east of Viau could have been tuned into such great living sector.

    What a shame a beautiful building like L'Avenue is hidden in that wall of towers.

    I’m very happy with the renovations of the park so far, however I really hope they focus on other sections of the park. There’s a lot of work that is needed in the north part of île Sainte-Hélène around the Levis tower. This area is really is a state of disrepair and that’s really disappointing.

    Transat is in the process of being bought out by Air Canada, so I doubt it's them.

    So am I, I love anything ArtDeco, its a shame they let it get the bad before they started the development . Wishing they would do something with Eaton 9th floor.

    Do we know what exactly are they building however? Is it being built in phases? How many of those actual towers from the rendering will be built? Forgive me if I missed something that was posted earlier.
