    Biking by there today the brick is actually not that bad with a rather sandy colour rather than the feared pus yellow we find on Peel Devimco work. It's not terrific but looks somewhat similar to the Basin brick which is OK.

    La pose de la "brique" a commencée au Bass le long de la rue William. On voit bien comment le panneau de brique n'est pas tres épais.

    Pas certain a quel point on pourra admirer les alentours du Centre Bell avec les immeuble en construction juste en face. Je crois la proximité du Charlotte aux Habitations 22/23 etc. fera en sorte que les vues ne seront pas si dégager que ce que les rendus nous proposent. Et oublions ces arbres dans les parcs il y en a pas. Mais crisse de beau projet par compte!

    De loin la brique rouge n'est pas mal çà fait moins fluo que les autres coops du coin. Des fenêtres noires aurait été préférable ce qui donnerait un look un peu plus classique comme ce qu'on voit sur des immeubles sur St. Patrick. Pour ce qui est de la tôle grise .... rien a faire it's awful.

    Good news. 120m whatever it is what it is. Pour les gens plus informer que moi si le comité aimerait souligner la qualité du traitement architectural du couronnement en verre j'assume que un rendu a été présenter (this goes in the sense of the Ousb question) ?

    I think things were morose for so long in this city that people just got used to Montreal being pretty much frozen in time. Now that we're seeing a marked increase in residential construction I sense these same people cannot fathom Montreal may finally at long last again be on the go and is slowly joining the ranks of other North America cities.

    J'ai dit la même chose en fds en marchant que serait pas long avant que les tags se présentent. Au risque de me faire hurler juste a checker la map et voir St. Henri et Little Burgandy a cote ... t'se un peu comme les sièges nouvellement installés sur Smith il y a deux ans. Aucun respect ni civilité.

    If you look at what may be the final appearance based on what we've seen it is a massive heavy set puss yellow beast of structure. As we often read here let's wait to see the final product but I agree this may turn out to be particularly ugly. Won't beat the coop on Wellington but it will rival its awkward red and orange neighbour next door.

    Notice the project is referred to as the 1000 de La Montagne. Plus de prestige que 975 Lucien L'Allier .. no brainer really and this regardless of where the entrance is. Montreal is growing up enough with the McD and Bureau en Gros sarcasm.
