  1. I dont know what work was going on. But the entire street was closed off
  2. i noticed in the summer very few workers that were working on the site, i always figured it was some sort of maintenance work on the tracks
  3. I didnt not hear that. However the orginial quad windosr renderings does show a building between TDC 2 and TDC 3. It be really cool if there is one

I feel the same way. Its better that bronfman and garber give us small little updates in April but keep the big news sectet. I imagine MLB prefers that. As for tampa they have until decembre 31 to find a fianancing plan. Hopefully they do because it sucks when a city loses a team. But if they dont that just increases montreals chances of landing one.
  5. Just to be sure its right next to centra condos? Very exciting the towers going up in the area. And 128 m so at least its not 120 ??

MLB communicated with bronfman that if MTL were to get a team by either expansion or relaction. They want them ro play in a new stadiun right away
  8. I imagine the constructio of the sales office will begin soon
  9. @ToxiKI completely agree and share your opinion. This is a multi-billion investment into our city, and something the city needs!
  10. and it really gets me mad, they simply decide to asphalt over everything that's not complete. It looks terrible, and next spring (if were lucky, knowing the ville they'll keep it like that for two years) they'll have to spend money to remove it and continue the work. Terrible project management, terrible time frame, terrible planning!
  11. this part of the project was only suppose to take 6 months......
  12. Its not simply a design feature but it is an enviormental feature. In the winter, when the sun is lower it lets natural light and sun rays in which helps with heating. However in the summer when the sun is higher, its lets natural light in, while deflecting away the sun rays thus keepung the interior cool.
  13. 200m, pretty nice compared to some other buildings in Montreal, on a major street, gonna be able to be seen from everywhere. I'm pretty happy!
  14. I past in front of the bell centre today. Work has to be conpleted by the end of December but in front of windsor station, its still all gravel and workers are working on the sewage pipes. I dont know if itll be complete by the end of December
  15. well thats some great news 34 floors!
  16. Idk if anyone else agress with this, but I found st-laurent really dead between RL and sheerbrooke. There was a lot of empty locals which is really suprising considering its a major street in Montreal. Now with le carre st-laurent going up, and laurent&clark and myriad both being located on st-laurent I think this street (between RL and sheerbrooke) will go through a transformation
  17. Idk about Victoria, I'm sure broccolini want to progress on 628 st-jacques first, yes the building footprint is smaller, so it should take less time to complete. I would not be surprised if by the time 628 is topped out then VSLP begins. If the rumors are true that construction will begin the 7 of November for the new National Bank HQ, then like you said it will be completed shortly after TDC3, IMO I think 6 months
  18. Well wherever it goes it goes but we can all agree that the tims will stay close to the bell centre/quad windsor
  19. I don't see Tims moving into L'avenue since there is already a Starbucks, but I do see them staying around the bell centre, maybe in Windsor station

Only the NFL makes more revenue than the MLB. Its a billion dollar investment that the city needs
