    No covers, this piece of art was done by a guy from Vancouver and he says it is complete. It is meant to look like the movement of a hockey puck. It's 7000lbs of stainless steel apparently. The rings light up at night, I think I can grow to like it.

    Street was completely blocked today. The employees of the other Hotel that's already on De La Montagne were all outside and upset that their guests couldn't arrive.

    They were only teasing you, I hope that doesn't discourage you. Either way, any contribution is appreciated. It's better to post something that might be a repeat than it is to hold back something that might benefit someone here. I really appreciate this community because the users genuinely welcome contributions and usually speak to you with the same respect they would if they were sitting with you in person. There's not many places online like here!

    Let's say we are getting the Tampa Bay Rays, they are valued at $825 million. The last MLB stadium built, Marlins Park in 2012, cost $515 million and seats 35k, which is probably what we are looking at in Montreal. So $1.5 billion seems pretty reasonable.

    Personnellement, une fois que nous avons un stade de baseball avec 50k sièges, j'aimerais que le stade olympique soit converti en un parc aquatique ouvert toute l'année. Quelque chose de similaire a été fait avec le centre aquatique à Beinjing après les Jeux olympiques en 2008:

    Rien n'empêche le propriétaire du bâtiment d'ajouter des fenêtres sur le mur aveugle maintenant. Il n'y aura jamais quelque chose qui bloque ce côté!
